In the academic year 2022/2023, elementary schools that choose and determine as independent to learn, move independently, independently share, implement an curriculum or 2022 curriculum. The purpose of study is describe problems school teachers in formulating operational (KOS). research method descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by means interviews, questionnaires, observations. results indicate arise curricula can be inventoried, namely: 80% do not understand development theory lesson hours (JP), analyzing books from Ministry Education Culture, how teach them; 70% yet have understanding definition concepts curriculum, such as: distinguishing goals targets, learning outcomes phases, defining models approaches; 90% been able meaning knowledge science also distinguish project based strengthen Pancasila Student Profile projects are attached subjects. conclusion teachers, at least 70%, interpreting into KOS document chart.
